Part of a character property dating from the 12th century, very peaceful with a shaded garden in front of the house, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue . You will find on the ground floor a living room with TV, a kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher) and a fireplace (wood provided).
On the first floor there are two bedrooms - one bedroom has a double bed plus shower room and WC. The second bedroom is divided into two for for 4 people with twin beds and double bed , also with a shower room and WC.

The property is an old winery from the late 1700s and is surrounded by the Corbières vineyards.
The 5 acres garden is nicely shaded. The 11 meter long swimming pool enables you to relax while enjoying the stunning views on the Corbières and Pyrenees foothills.
AURORE has a particular charm, with its ancient staircase leading to the three bedrooms, two of them offering magnificent views on the garden, and its very nice and secluded terrace. Private terrace with BBQ and furniture. Table d'hôtes.
On the side of a hill our delightful house provides a haven in the South. Completely renovated and on the edge of the village, it offers a superb view over the vines and the Alaric mountain.
The gite comprises:
- a kitchen, dining-room, 2 small lounges,(with two sofa beds – one single and one double), 3 bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 double beds, plus a double bed on a mezzanine floor) and 2 bathrooms (washbasins and showers),
- a terrace of 35m square with barbecue sheltered from the wind , with a panoramic view over the valley.

VULCAIN is the most outstanding of our gites.
Its 100 m2 large living area is extraordinary and integrated in Alaric Mountain.
An artistic staircase crafted by a blacksmith and a mosaic bring a touch of "exception".
For the musical amongst you, a piano is provided for your entertainment.
The professional kitchen with its Morice cooker will attract gastronomy amateurs. Pool.
AMARYLIS gite is outstanding with its 60 m2 large living area, above which, 6 meters higher, is a magnificient roof structure whitened with lime.Its large walls coated with red and yellow ochre lime and the terra cota floor brings a warm southern atmosphere. Its kitchen is open on the living area, separated by a bar. You will notice its artistic wrought iron made staircase. Last but nos least, its wood stove will allow you to spend warm and convivial winter evenings. The property is an old winery from the late 1700s and is surrounded by the Corbières vineyards.
APOLLON is the most intimate and cosy of all gites. Its stonewalls, its antique stone sink, its mezzanine of whitish wood, its terracota and lime plaster create a warm atmosphere. Its living area integrates a large library, a sitting-room, a dining area and an open kitchen. Bright light and nice views are offered by the three windows on the south facade of the house. Two rustical rooms each with two 2 meter long beds for our tall guests. Swimming-pool.
HESPERIE offers you the two largest bedrooms of la Fraissinède, with views on the garden. Its living area harmoniously integrates the kitchen and the sitting-room in an open space. Pool.

The Plo , is a recent , comfortable and luminous house set in the countyside.
Every bedroom includes a bathroom, one of which is adapted to people with reduced mobility.
The guesthouse is situated on the farm Le Plo that covers 50 hectares of meadows and hills, 2 kilometers from the village of Montlaur. Surrounded by a garden of 900 m2, with a barbecue, a sunny terrace, your meals will be accompanied by the songs of the cicadas.
We remain at your disposal to guide you in the choice of your cultural activities and sports. Michel, our trekking guide, will be happy to show you the paths which wind through the countryside.
If you wish, you will be able to share with Michel the daily life and care of a free range herd of horses. Meals can be prepared on request.
The guest house is available for a single night all year except July and August.

In the heart of the Corbières, close to the Cathar castles, you can walk in the countryside, swim in the lakes and rivers, taste the village wines and explore this fascinating region steeped in history.

Situated in a small village which is part of the Montlaur commune, in the Alaric Mountain hills, our house has room for 12 people. It is a departure point for getting to know the region and participating in the many activities.
Our gite, which has a terrace with a superb view over the vines, a swimming pool, a quiet patio, and a covered area, is very comfortable and provides ideal holiday accommodation.

On the Route d’Alaric. In the heart of the Val de Dagne, on the approach to the village, small house for 4 people let by a couple of wine producers. Out of season it is possible to rent on demand. Garden and parking, although not directly adjoining the house.
At the gateway to a lush green valley, 15kms from Lagrasse and an hour from beaches, two gites set together alongside the chateau. Independent entrance with a private terrace. Play area with a children’s swing, ping pong table, tennis. Swimming pool (10m x 5m, closed from 1.00 – 3.00pm and after 8.00pm). Spacious and comfortable gite.
