Everything is designed for the respect of nature in our clean property : The used water is used to the plants ; Heating, air conditioning and hot water have natural sources of energy.
We are located in the heart of wineyards. I'ts an ideal location to visit the several historic sites, as the old city of Carcassonne, the Abbaye of Lagrasse or Fontfroide, the canal du midi, the cathar castles etc.. the mediterraneen See.

Original wine producer's house and village pharmacy, this delightful, spacious (150 m2) house , is situated in the centre of the medieval village of Montlaur.
3 double bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with twin beds, plus 2 cots if needed- also hairdryers) ), private shower room with WC and washbasin for one bedroom, and large bathroom with 2 washbasins and WC to be shared between 2 bedrooms. Also downstairs WC for guests. Lounge with satellite TV, refigerator and laundry room for guests' use. 2 highchairs and toys. Many books.
